Welcome to 717 Sports Gear. By accessing or using our website (717sportsgear.com) and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Custom-built gloves are manufactured to your specifications submitted through our 3D Glove Builder and are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

3. Shipping

Stock items ship within 24 hours of payment. Custom gloves typically take 6–8 weeks to produce before shipping. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Stock gloves may be returned within 60 days in their original condition for a full refund, less return shipping costs. Custom gloves are final sale and not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defect. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

5. Break-In Service

Glove break-in services are performed at the customer's request and risk. While we take care to preserve the quality and integrity of each glove, 717 Sports Gear is not liable for cosmetic changes that result from the break-in process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, product designs, images, and text — is the property of 717 Sports Gear and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

717 Sports Gear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 717 Sports Gear is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
